BodyGlow Shipping Policy

1. General Information At BodyGlow, we are committed to delivering your weight loss products promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information regarding shipping times, costs, and other important aspects.

2. Shipping Destinations We offer shipping to both domestic (UK) and international locations.

3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the UK): Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
  • International Shipping (Outside the UK): Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the UK): Free shipping on all orders.
  • International Shipping (Outside the UK): Free shipping on orders over £150. For orders below £150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the destination.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.
  • BodyGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
